Exhibition Policy

Arts Ablaze is a platform for exhibiting quality examples of Contemporary Art. This can include all types of work, including painting, sculpture, printmaking, ceramics, studio glass etc.

We have an open submission policy, selecting artists based solely on the merit of their work. This means that we don't show any bias towards more experienced or well know artists. Arts Ablaze aspires to provide exposure for all artists, regardless of experience, education or notoriety.

Whether you are a professional artist, a student or just enjoy producing art as a hobby, we at Arts Ablaze can provide an effective means of exposing your work to a larger audience.

Personal Gallery Space

If your work is accepted for exhibition, an individual gallery space will be created for your artworks. This will consist of a single custom-built gallery page, designed to showcase up to twelve of your artworks.

Your gallery space will include any descriptive information you wish to accompany your work. This usually consists of an 'Artist's Statement' or C. V. and can also include details of any exhibitions that have featured your work in the past.

If you haven't done so already, we recommend you visit the gallery spaces of other artists to see examples of the type of exhibition space that can be created.

If you have any suggestions about any additional features that would enhance your personal gallery, we are more than open to your ideas.

Costs & Subscriptions

Arts Ablaze is an artist-run gallery, so we understand that most artists have extremely limited resources. Consequently we have done our best to limit the cost of creating and maintaining each personal gallery space.

There are currently four different subscription packages, including a 'Basic Subscription' which allows artists to exhibit their work free of charge.

  • Standard Subscription - This annual subscription is £20 (See below for international rates). This entitles you to exhibit up to eight images of your artworks. You can change the images of your artworks once every four months.
  • Commission Subscription - This annual subscription is also £20 (See below for international rates). This entitles you to exhibit up to eight images of your artworks. Unlike the Standard Subscription, you can swap the images of your artworks as many times as you want. However you will have to pay 20% commission on all artworks or commissions sold through Arts Ablaze.
  • Premium Subscription - This annual subscription is £40 (See below for international rates). This entitles you to exhibit up to 12 of your artworks, which can be swapped as many times as you like.
